We meet over the phone or email to understand your wedding vision, requirements, and budget.

proposal & agreement
I provide a detailed proposal with pricing options. Once you've approved the proposal, you will sign a contrac.t to secure your date.

Planning
If hired for any level of planning, I will work alongside you at every step with open communication. this may include vendor research, design consultation and more.

it's all in the details
Around 4 weeks prior to the wedding we will meet to finalize a timeline and checklist. From there we will make any necessary adjustments.

Wedding day!
I will oversee all logistical aspects to ensure a smooth, stress-free and fun wedding day!
Flawlessly Executed
Day of Coordination with a meeting a few weeks ahead to get the day lined out. Anything that needs done in an 8-12 hour day including setup, coordinating with vendors throughout the day and so much more.
